• What is ERG Points?

 

ERG Points is a module available on Teleskope’s comprehensive and customizable employee resource group platform. It is a plug and play feature. With ERG Points, organizations can set-up a points system for employee activities, tasks and actions.

• How does ERG Points work?

 

For ERG Member Engagement:

​

With ERG Points, program managers can assign points to different activities and tasks. 

For example, an employee can be awarded 10 points for joining an ERG, 15 points for initiating a discussion or 30 points for hosting an event. Employees can accumulate points and redeem those points against gift vouchers or a reward system defined by the organization.

ERG Lead Compensation:

​

ERG Points is a unique way to compensate employees who voluntarily take up the additional responsibility of managing and leading employee resource groups. Points can be assigned to these ERG Leads based on the level (regional or chapter-level) they work at or number of hours dedicated to ERG-related work. They can redeem those points against gift vouchers or a reward system defined by the organization.
