If I create a new "Request" on budget, does it have to be accepted and approved first before seeing it on page?

You can see your requests by going to the Budget Tab and click View Past Requests, this will show you all of your Requests and the status of that Request.

Only until the Request is approved will you see in reflect in your Total Budget
