Go to your ERG Click Manage Go to the Surveys tab Find the Survey you want to delete Click the Action Dropdown Deactivate the Survey if it's an active survey Next click Delete Note, this will mark your survey for deletion and it will be permanently deleted after 30 days

This depends on the configuration of the ERG you are trying to join. We have four options for how chapter assignments are handled. Allow user to choose any number of Chapters Require user to choose exactly one Chapter Require user to choose at least one Chapter Auto Assign Chapter based on user location Depending on the configuration of that ERG you may have different experiences when trying to join a Chapter. Channels do not have the same level of configuration and are thus always option to join.

Go to the respective ERG Click Manage Go to the Users tab Click Membership This will show you your entire Membership. You can filter by Chapters or Channels (if applicable) To download your ERG roster click Download To create filtered ERG reports click the Options button, select the fields and user type you want in the download

Go to the respective ERG Click the Manage button Go to the Users tab Find the user you want to make changes to Click the Edit icon to change their role, click delete to remove a user, click Add ERG Lead to add a new Lead

Go to the ERG you want to leave Click Update Membership Click Leave

Non-members can only access and engage with content. For example, RVSP for events, view newsletters, like & comment on announcements etc. They cannot access ERG Membership data or create content on behalf of a ERG.

Find the event you want to create a Highlights album for Click Enable Highlights This will create a Highlights Album on the Highlights tab Click the + Button to add photos to the Highlights Album

For Virtual Events ensure that you enable Check-in when creating the event. This will track attendance automatically while users are signing into their respective teleconferencing platform (e.g Zoom). For In-Person events, you can either use the custom QR Code for that event or manually check users in. To access the Check-in Module find the particular event, click Action dropdown and click Check-In. From here you can access the event's QR Code and the Manual Check-in feature. Note, the Check-in module opens up 15 minutes before the event starts and will close 15 minutes after the event ends.

Find the event you want to add a Guest Speaker for Click the Action dropdown Click Manage Event Speakers From here you can add Guest Speakers to your event

Clone allows you to replicate an existing event with all of it's associated content. This is helpful if you are creating multiple events with similar content where you only need to change the date/time of the event.

Go to your group page Click Manage Go to the Events tab Click Holidays From here you can edit any of your existing Holidays or create new Holidays

Go to your group and click Manage Click the Events tab Click Create Event Click Event Series Enter in a Series Name Select whether you want to restrict users from joining multiple events in the series or allow them to join multiple events Select whether you want the Event Series to be private or not Click Create Now add all of your events into the Event Series Once you add all of your events you can publish the entire series

Find the event you want to publish the RSVP List Click the Action drop down and click Publish RSVP List This will place a link on the bottom of the event page that says View RSVPs This link will show the user every one who has RSVP'd for the event

Go to your group and click Manage Go to the Announcements tab Click the Filter by state dropdown and filter on Draft / Not Published Find the Announcement you want to publish Click the Action dropdown Click Publish Select where you want to publish the event Select when you want to publish the event Click Submit The Announcement will go into the Publish Queue, during this period of time you can recall your Announcement from being published. You will know it's in Publish Queue because it will have a count down ticker next to the Announcement Title. Once the Announcement publishes you will see it in under the Published filter

Only Group Leads and Chapter Leads with Budget Permissions can submit budget requests

If you have Budget permissions then you will be notified when your group's budget has been approved
