When an employee makes an eligible donation, Teleskope verifies it against your program rules and generates the company match automatically. There is no request form and no manual review for standard donations. Offline or manually logged donations still route through the approvals workflow, so those get reviewed before the match is issued.
Can employers restrict which nonprofits employees can give to?
Yes. Employers can run in an approved-organizations-only mode, where a nonprofit becomes eligible for matching only after a CSR admin switches it on. You can also organize nonprofits into your own cause pillars and set match eligibility at the pillar level, so an organization can be eligible for a standard donation but excluded from matching.
Does this integrate with existing HRIS?
Yes. Teleskope integrates with major HRIS platforms including Workday, SAP SuccessFactors, BambooHR, ADP, Ceridian, and Darwinbox. Employee attributes from your HRIS drive eligibility rules for matching, including who qualifies and at what ratio.
