Employee Giving Built Into the Platform Where Your People Already Are
Bring nonprofit discovery, flexible giving options, campaign management, and impact reporting together inside the Teleskope platform, where your employees already work, connect, and collaborate.
Employees no longer need a separate tool to give, and administrators no longer need a separate system to manage campaigns or report results. Because giving lives inside the programs employees already belong to, it reaches people naturally instead of competing for their attention elsewhere.
Why Corporate Giving Programs Rarely Reach Their Potential
Most organizations already have a giving program: an approved budget, a list of eligible nonprofits, a launch announcement. Participation still falls short of what the program was built for. The reason is rarely the offer itself. It usually comes down to one of three things.
The giving program exists. Most employees have never used it.
When giving tools live outside the platforms employees already use, participation depends entirely on employees seeking them out. Most never do. A separate login, a standalone portal, or a link buried in an intranet page is enough friction to keep good intentions from becoming actual giving.
Campaigns get one moment and lose the rest
A well-designed giving campaign drives a spike in the first week and then loses visibility entirely. Without a promotion mechanism that keeps campaigns in front of employees throughout the program period, participation peaks at launch and the majority of potential donors never engage.
Total giving impact is hard to report with confidence
When giving happens across disconnected systems, offline pledge cards, and manual spreadsheets, program leaders struggle to produce a clear picture of what the program is producing. Dollars raised, participation rates, and cause-level breakdowns require manual reconciliation that takes longer than the reporting deadline allows.

Employee giving inside Teleskope runs on Every.org, a 501(c)(3) nonprofit giving platform that makes it easy for nonprofits and donors to give and receive nearly any type of gift, from cash and credit cards to donor-advised funds, stock, and crypto. Teleskope brings that flexibility directly into your employee communities, so giving, campaigns, and reporting all stay in one place.
How It Works
Step 1
Set up your program.
Admins choose which causes to feature, which employees are eligible, and how giving fits within your existing ERGs and communities.
Step 2
Employees find causes and give.
Employees search for causes they care about and give using whichever method works best for them, including payroll giving.
Step 3
See participation and impact in one place.
Campaigns and donations flow into one dashboard, so admins can track participation and impact without manual reporting.

Frequently Asked Questions (FAQs)
How does employer matching work?
Admins set the match ratio, annual budget, minimum donation thresholds, and per-employee and per-organization caps. Eligibility can be driven by your HRIS attributes, so you can match for employees but not contractors, for example. Both the employee donation and the employer match appear together in the employee's giving history.
Can employers restrict which nonprofits employees can give to?
Yes. Employers can run in an approved-organizations-only mode where a nonprofit is available for giving only after a CSR admin switches it on. You can also organize nonprofits into your own cause pillars and enable or disable eligibility at pillar level, or by module, so an organization can be eligible for donations but not for volunteer events.
Does this integrate with existing HRIS?
Yes. Teleskope integrates with major HRIS platforms including Workday, SAP SuccessFactors, BambooHR, ADP, Ceridian, and Darwinbox. Employee attributes from your HRIS drive eligibility rules for giving and matching.
Can giving be scoped to specific ERGs or locations?
Yes. The giving module can be switched on inside any community in Teleskope, including individual ERG chapters. That lets a single ERG run its own campaign, and lets different chapters support the local organizations that matter most to their members.
