Click the Manage button on your respective ERG, Development Program or Office Location Group
Next, click Surveys
Find the Survey you want to edit
If the Survey is activated you will need to deactivate the Survey first
Once deactivated, click Edit Questions
This will open up the Survey Creator and you can click on individual questions and edit them directly in the Creator Pane
